All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.
Orders are not processed or delivered on weekends or public holidays.
Once your order is processed, you will receive a confirmation message or call regarding delivery.
2. Delivery Locations
We deliver nationwide within Ghana.
International shipping is available through DHL to selected countries.
3. Delivery Timeframes
Estimated delivery times after order processing:
Accra & Tema: 1–2 business days
Other Regions in Ghana: 2–5 business days
International (DHL): Delivery timelines depend on the destination and DHL’s service standards.
Delivery times may vary due to location, customs clearance, weather conditions, public holidays, or courier-related delays.
4. Shipping Fees
Shipping fees are calculated based on delivery location, package size, and weight.
International shipping fees are determined by DHL rates and will be communicated to customers before shipment.
5. Delivery Method
Local orders are delivered via trusted courier services or our in-house delivery team.
International orders are shipped exclusively via DHL.
6. Customs, Duties & Taxes (International Orders)
International shipments may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or import charges imposed by the destination country.
These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the product or shipping price.
7. Failed or Delayed Deliveries
If a delivery attempt is unsuccessful due to incorrect address or customer unavailability, additional delivery fees may apply.
The Heritage Shop is not responsible for delays caused by courier services, customs processes, or circumstances beyond our control.
8. Order Tracking
Tracking information will be provided for DHL international shipments.
Customers may also contact us for updates on their local or international orders.
9. Damaged or Missing Items
Please inspect your items upon delivery.
Any damaged, incorrect, or missing items must be reported within 24 hours of delivery with supporting evidence (photos or videos).
Valid claims will be addressed through replacement or refund, where applicable.
